Introduce Yourself:

Gaetan: My name is Gaetan.  We live here in Cornwall PEI.  We have a design firm.  We decided to go with Sunly for one of the reasons was with the grant from the government and with the finances Sunly provided for us it was a Win situation.

What was it like before you had solar?

Gaetan: We still have a fairly efficient home but with the solar panels it makes it very efficient at the moment.

Have your electric bills decreased?

Gaetan: Yes, we have!  Our consuming has been a lot lower.  That comes down to our electricity bill to be a lot lower. 

What made Sunly stand out?

Gaetan: Customer service was really good!  Salesmen were great!  The installers were amazing!  It’s just with the finances again a Win situation. 

What was it like between the purchase and the install?

Gaetan: Yeah, very good.  Like I said before, any time we had questions they were quick to respond.  Any time we had questions we could just call them up and they would answer us right away. 

How was the solar installation?

Gaetan: Installation was very seamless.  They do all the paperwork for us.  They just showed up one day with the trucks and it was all installed in one day and they were gone the next day, so it was perfect.

Would you recommend solar to other homeowners? 

Gaetan: Definitely, the customer service was really good, and we have!  We have 4 homeowners in this neighbourhood that are going with Sunly.   

 Would you use Sunly again or recommend us to others?

Gaetan:  Definitely, again with the customer service, the salespeople and everything else.  It just makes it a very nice experience. 

What made you happiest about working with Sunly?

Gaetan: Again, the main thing is the customer service.  Any time we have questions they call us back right away and we get some answers.

What is the main reason you would recommend Sunly?

Gaetan: The main reason is again the customer service.  Things will go wrong at some point in your life and when you have a customer service that can respond to you right away it’s just nice to have. 

What would you tell someone that’s considering going for solar in PEI?

Gaetan: With the government grant and with the finances Sunly provides there is no reason not to go solar.  The sun is there to capture the power so we might as well use it as much as we can.
