We attract teachers, business owners, high tech workers, bankers…virtually all types of backgrounds. What is important to us, is that our most successful franchise partners have these four traits:
High Business aptitude. This is a fast growth business and we need partners who can manage that kind of growth. Coming with a high biz aptitude and seasoned experience building businesses is a huge asset.
Competitive in nature. We are all competitive guys. It's in our DNA. We took on entrenched competitors in a small, highly localized market and were larger than them all within our first year of operations. We want partners who embody this same kind of drive and competitiveness.
Able to lead a team. Installing solar panels can be hard work, and it isn't performed by just one person. We are looking for partners who can build and lead teams of 10+ employees.
Attention to detail. It's the little details that really count. Your clients are making a large investment and they expect things to go smoothly with no hiccups. Reviewing all contracts, keeping a handle on timelines and installing right the first time saves your time and reduces everyone's stress.

It’s great if you are. Undoubtedly you will have to roll up those sleeves at some point on another.
But even if your not a “construction” person, there are others out there to get that part of the job done. If you hire the right people you can spend your time doing the things your best at.
