SOlAr Specialist (rEMOTE)

The Solar Specialist is mainly Responsible for outbound calls to both potential and new clients.

Duties and REsponsibilities

  • Follow up on incoming leads (inbound and outbound calls);

  • Collect required information from potential clients for proposal creation;

  • Schedule appointments with Solar Advisors and potential clients;

  • Assist with collection of sales documents;

  • Complete welcome calls with new clients;

  • Book site inspections; and

  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

minimum requirements

  • Post-Secondary education or related industry experience;

  • Previous call center experience (inbound and outbound calls) is an asset;

  • Strong ability to take initiative;

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills (bilingualism in French is an asset);

  • Excellent customer service skills;

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail;

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently as well as collaborate with the team;

  • Ability to adapt to changes and pivot as necessary based on business needs;

  • Comfortable with technology and software (Google Suite, CRM an asset); and

  • Criminal record check is required.
