Sales Administrator

The Sales Administrator is responsible for assisting with the pre-sale and post-sale paperwork/documents for Solar Advisors and clients, as well as completing welcome calls with the clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Sales Administrator include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Preparation for initial meeting between Solar Advisor and potential client;

  • Distribute proposals to the Solar Advisor; 

  • Process sales packages;

  • Complete document validation post-sale;

  • Follow up with clients on missing compliance items;

  • Verify compliance has been passed; 

  • Update auto filled documents where required;

  • Complete welcome calls with clients;

  • Book site inspections; and 

  • Other administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.

minimum requirments

Post-secondary degree/diploma is preferred;

  • Strong ability to take initiative;

  • Excellent verbal/written English communication skills (bilingualism in French is an asset);

  • Excellent customer service skills;

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail;

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently as well as collaborate with the team;

  • Ability to adapt to changes and pivot as necessary based on business needs; 

  • Comfortable with technology and software (Google Suite, CRM an asset);

  • Criminal record check is required; and 

  • Access to reliable transportation.
