Receptionist/administrative support(new grad opportunity)
We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Support who will serve as the gatekeeper for the office and will be the first point of contact for onsite visitors and anyone contacting the company through incoming calls. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the office and team members as requested. This position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain experience in the solar energy industry.
What you’ll be doing as a Receptionist/Administrative Support:
Answer calls and route them to the appropriate party.
Greet visitors, answer questions, and alert the team of visitor arrival.
Accept deliveries/mail and distribute to the appropriate party.
Manage and prepare outgoing mail and packages for pickup.
Order supplies as directed/needed.
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
Coordinate events, training and travel for the team and incoming guests.
Maintain general knowledge of operations to be able to answer inbound questions.
Manage social media responses.
Ad-hoc tasks as may be required.
What you’ll need:
Post-secondary degree/diploma is preferred.
Strong ability to take initiative.
Excellent verbal/written English communication skills (bilingualism in French is an asset).
Excellent customer service skills.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently as well as collaborate with the team.
Ability to adapt to changes and pivot as necessary based on business needs.
Comfortable with technology and software (Google Suite, CRM an asset).
